MOULD OIL

A mineral based product used to facilitate the release of cast concrete items from moulds. It is enriched with a special additive package to ensure easy and clean release of concrete moulds, providing a smooth finished surface as well as anti-rust properties of mild steel formers. It is formulated to give immaculate results even when used in all climates and ensures that a protective film is maintained even on vertical surfaces thus giving an overall improved result.
Recommended to be used as a coating on moulds for concrete elements and formers.

BETOSOL BS

High-quality emulsifiable mould release agent produced from selected paraffinic base oils and specially chosen additives that provide excellent release properties. It forms a uniform protective film ensuring clean and smooth concrete surfaces without affecting the quality of the finished product. Suitable for wooden formwork and metal mould coatings in concrete casting applications. Recommended mixing ratio: 1 part product to 3 parts water to form a stable emulsion.

BETOLUB NS

High-quality non-emulsifiable mineral mould release oil, based on paraffinic base stocks and enhanced with specially selected additives providing excellent demoulding properties. Its advanced formulation ensures strong adhesion even on vertical surfaces, reducing concrete-to-mould adhesion and delivering clean, smooth concrete finishes. Suitable for wooden formwork and metal mould coatings, while also providing corrosion protection for metal moulds exposed to prolonged rain or harsh environmental conditions, etc.

FORM OIL

Paraffin-based mould release oil designed to facilitate the easy release of concrete from wooden and metal formwork. It forms a thin protective film that reduces adhesion between concrete and mould surfaces, ensuring clean finishes and easy demoulding. Suitable for construction applications involving wooden and metal formwork and for general-purpose lubrication where no specific performance requirements are needed.
